Impeccably clean hotel with absolutely superb views, we think it's a convenient base for staying in Chicago. The location is comfortable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a 35-acre zoo.

Big hotel, everything was very comfortable!
Appreciated great-sized small queen room with a view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff was knowledgeable, best with every request. The location to many Chicago "attractions " was perfect for us.

I liked the location.
The room was very small and the air conditioner loud. There was no window to open and it was stuffy inside. For the price paid, this was poor value for money. Utterly disappointing.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was always well taken care of. The prices of the in room items were also surprisingly reasonable.
The radiator in the corner took a very long time to warm the room.

A Cozy Retreat with Heart!
This charming boutique hotel was like home! The lobby's inviting fireplace and complimentary warm cookies at 4:00 PM. Our room was spacious and had excellent water pressure in the shower. Nearby, we discovered good restaurants-definitely ask the staff for recommendations! Just note the parking situation.

The cookies were a nice touch, and the continental breakfast was adequate. I like the coffee being available 24/7 and the availability of a free fridge rental included with the room. Also, parking is an excellent value. I would very strongly consider staying again.
Saturday and Sunday costs were expensive.

Willows is in a fantastic spot, close to shops and restaurants. Our room with two queen beds was perfect for the family. The hotel has a charming old vibe, well-maintained, and the staff was really good. They shared interesting history about the area. Plus, the beaches nearby are lovely for a stroll.
